Horticultural Section Head /Supervisor - Notcutts Victoria Garden Centre (Outdoor Plants Department)
Part Time hours - 30 hours per week including weekend working on a rota.

As a Horticultural Section Head, you’ll be working outdoors and inside in our thriving garden centre, sharing your love of plants and all things gardening with our customers. You will work alongside the Horticultural Manager and will have responsibilities within the plant area department, making effective use of resources to ensure high standards of customer service, maximising sales and minimising wastage. The role will also include stock ordering, dealing with stock deliveries and supporting with creating inspirational visual displays. This role can be physically demanding. Manual handling and using an electric pallet truck will be required. You will also be assisting the Horticultural Manager to guide and motivate a busy team that works together to make Notcutts a place customers love to visit. We will value your commercial awareness and analytical skills, along with the experience you have in retail, customer service and all things gardening.
