At Nightingale Homecare, we're looking for caring, reliable and compassionate Home Care Workers to join our friendly team, supporting people to live safely and independently in their own homes in Norwich or Brooke & surrounding villages - You choose the area you would like to work.
Whether you have previous care experience or are looking for a new career, we'd love to hear from you. Full paid training is provided.

What You'll Do
- Provide personal care with dignity and respect
- Support with medication administration
- Assist with daily routines and meal preparation
- Carry out light household duties
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Encourage independence and help clients remain safe and comfortable in their own homes
What You'll Need
- A caring and positive attitude
- Reliability and a commitment to working weekdays and alternate weekends
- Good communication skills
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
