Your Role
- Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups across Reception to Year 6, including new pupil arrivals
- Deliver engaging intervention sessions tailored to individual needs
- Mentor children who have experienced adverse childhood experiences
- Work closely with teachers to adapt learning for each child
- Help track progress and celebrate achievements
We’re Looking For
- A graduate (2:2 or above)
- Caring, proactive, and eager to learn
- A positive role model who can inspire young learners
- Experience with SEN/SEMH is helpful but not essential, training provided
