We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our cleaning team. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning services

- Provide training and support to new and existing staff on cleaning procedures and safety protocols
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary
- Foster a positive working environment through effective communication and team motivation
- Handle customer enquiries or complaints professionally, aiming for prompt resolution
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
Skills
- Proven experience in housekeeping or hospitality management, with leadership capabilities
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
