Job Description
Our client is seeking experienced Care Assistants to join their specialist neurological rehabilitation service in Worcester.
In this rewarding role, you will support adults with complex neurological conditions and acquired brain injuries to maximise their independence and quality of life. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, supporting daily living activities, encouraging participation in therapies and social activities, and providing emotional support and companionship.
Working alongside nurses, therapists and other healthcare professionals, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Care Assistant, Support Worker or Healthcare Assistant within a residential care home, nursing home or similar care setting is essential.
- A caring, compassionate and professional approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience supporting individuals with neurological conditions or acquired brain injuries is preferred but not essential.

Pay: From £12.71 per hour
Experience:
- UK Care home : 1 year (required)
- Neurological: 1 year (preferred)
