Job Role
- Build and maintain construction or industrial trades desk
- B2B sales
- Lead generation
- Full back office support
- Training and mentoring on the commercial side of the business (finance, insurance and credit control)
- Full autonomy to grow division/desk
- Clear progression paths
- Leadership roles within the business
