Job Summary
Bashayer Creative Media & Design Ltd is seeking an experienced and organised Head of Creative Operations to lead creative project delivery, manage production workflows, and support the smooth running of design, media, and content operations. This role is ideal for a strong creative operations leader who can coordinate teams, improve processes, manage client expectations, and ensure high-quality creative work is delivered on time.
What You'll Do
- Lead day-to-day creative operations across design, media, content, and production projects.
- Manage creative workflows, project timelines, resources, budgets, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate designers, content creators, project managers, freelancers, and external suppliers.
- Monitor project progress, creative quality, client feedback, and operational performance.
- Work closely with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and successful delivery.
- Review creative processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency and consistency.
- Support team planning, workload management, coaching, and performance development.
- Prepare project reports, production updates, and operational recommendations.
- Ensure creative projects are delivered on brand, on time, within budget, and to a high professional standard.
Requirements
- Experience in creative operations, media production, design management, project management, marketing operations, content production, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous leadership or management experience in a creative, media, or design environment is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of creative workflows, brand delivery, project planning, and production coordination.
- Excellent communication, organisation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, creative teams, and client expectations.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, project management software, creative collaboration tools, design platforms, and reporting systems.
- Strong attention to detail with a practical approach to improving creative operations.

Pay: £4,800.00-£6,800.00 per month
