We are a newly launched professional residential cleaning company based in London, looking for reliable, experienced cleaners to join our growing team on a self-employed basis.
This is not an employment contract — you work when you want, take the jobs that suit you, and get paid weekly. Simple.
What You'll Do:
- Clean residential properties to a consistently high standard
- Communicate with our team to ensure smooth operations
- Represent Forma Home Services professionally at all times
What We Offer:
- £14–16 per hour based on performance
- Weekly pay direct to your bank
- Performance bonuses
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years housekeeping or residential cleaning experience
- Basic English — spoken and written
- Right to work in the UK — please note student visas cannot be accepted for self-employed roles
- Smartphone with internet access
- Weekend availability on rotation
- Daily availability between 10am and 6pm
- Your own cleaning kit and supplies — essential
- References essential
Types of Work Available:
- Regular weekly and fortnightly home cleans
- Deep cleans
- End-of-tenancy cleans
- Airbnb and short-let turnovers
