Oppurtunity at RRG Group - Digital Response Team - Team Leader
This role will work closely with the DRT Manager to support the team and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the department. The Team Leader will be the first point of contact for team queries and operational matters, escalating issues to the DRT Manager as required.
A Senior Team Member will continue to support both the Team Leader and DRT Manager, assisting with daily operations, call quality monitoring, and providing guidance to the team, while continuing to handle inbound enquiries and duties like the rest of the team.
Team Leader Responsibilities
- Oversee daily department operations and workflow
- Ensure appointment targets are met
- Conduct bi-monthly (every two months) 1-2-1 meetings with team members
- Manage and organise the team rota
- Complete daily departmental reports and update the DRT Manager
- Monitor and conduct call quality assessments, with support from the Senior Team Member
- Provide coaching and performance feedback
- Monitor standards, attendance, and engagement
- Escalate operational or performance concerns appropriately
DRT Manager Responsibilities
The DRT Manager retains overall responsibility for the operational performance and growth of the department, including:
- Full operational oversight and accountability
- Monitoring KPIs, productivity, and performance data
- Managing commissions, incentives, and target setting
- Driving departmental performance and profitability
- Managing escalated HR matters, disciplinaries, and complex issues
- Supporting and developing the Team Leader and Senior Team Member
- Conducting regular 1-2-1 meetings with the Team Leader and Senior Team Member
- Implementing process improvements and efficiencies
- Leading strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensuring alignment with wider company objectives
- Building a strong, high-performance team culture
Interview Process

- What additional skills, ideas, or contributions can you bring to support the DRT Manager and the department
Pay
- Annual Salary: £28,500
- Performance-based Bonus: Up to £750 per month, linked to team targets and overall TL performance
- OTE: £37,500
