We are currently looking for a Full Time Store Manager to join the team in our Liverpool Store - (L15 4LH)
Hours of Work:
37.5 hours per week
Monday to Thursday 8.45 - 5.15, Friday 8.45 - 4.15 (No weekend or evening work)
The Role:
As Store Manager you will ensure that the store delivers outstanding store performance and excellent customer service.
Main duties will include:
- Organising the efficient daily operations of the store
- Motivate the store team to achieve targets in line with company objectives
- Identify training needs and upskilling where required
- Hold weekly staff meetings to share best practice and information
- Perform regular reviews and annual appraisals
- Ordering stock weekly and maintaining accurate stock levels
- Monthly reports to your Regional Manager
Key skills:
You will have a proven record of leading a team, excellent customer service skills, a positive can do attitude and a willingness to help others.
You will enjoy the challenge of a fast paced environment, with the ability to communicate with all levels of the business. You will be professional and well presented.
Experience in stock ordering, stock taking, being responsible for targets, face to face customer service, banking procedures, understanding turnover, profit and profit margins is essential.
