Finance Manager — Legal Sector (Hybrid)
Salary: £50,000 – £70,000
Location: Solihull — Hybrid (up to 2 days remote)
Finance Manager role in the UK legal sector, £50k–£70k, hybrid working, 33 days holiday, free parking, and strategic involvement in a growing national firm.
This is a senior Finance Manager role within a growing legal practice where your work will directly influence financial direction and operational performance. You’ll partner with leadership, contributing to key decisions rather than simply reporting figures. Whilst managing a team of legal cashiers and financial operations across multiple branches.

The Work
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles
- Provide detailed financial reporting and commercial analysis
- Monitor cash flow, profitability, and departmental performance
- Support senior leadership with strategic financial insight
- Enhance financial systems, controls, and reporting processes
What We’re Looking For
- CIMA or ACCA qualified (essential)
- Previous experience within a law firm (essential)
- Strong budgeting, planning, and forecasting expertise
- Ability to think critically and work independently
- Proactive approach with strong analytical capability
