Salary: £13.45 per hour (depending on experience & with monthly bonuses)
We are a local, family-run window cleaning and exterior cleaning company with a close-knit team of 8. We are now looking to expand and invite a 9th member to join us on a full-time basis.
Job Description: As a Window Cleaner, you will be responsible for cleaning windows and exterior surfaces for our residential and commercial clients. This is a mostly solo-working position, where you will be provided with a fully kitted-out van to carry out your daily rounds in and around the Tyne Valley area.
We primarily use the Reach & Wash water-fed pole system, so no ladders are required. Experience with this system is not essential as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Window cleaning and exterior cleaning for both residential and commercial clients
- Daily driving and managing your own round using the company van
- Ensuring high standards of work and customer satisfaction
- Maintaining the van and equipment to ensure everything is kept in good working order
Requirements:
- Full, clean UK driving license (essential)
- Good physical fitness and an eye for detail
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude
- No prior experience necessary—training will be provided
- Aged 25 or above due to Insurance Purposes
