Job Title: Cleaning Operative (Accord Barnstable)
Morning work Monday to Friday 6am to 11am (Total 25 Hours per week). no weekends.
For 4 weeks of the year the hours would be 38, this is to cover another job role.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Operative to join our team. The Cleaning Operative will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards at our facilities, the role will also require the cover of another role when they are on holiday, the role will require 4 weeks cover over the year and cover a general duties operative which is a physically challenging role which will include driving a utilities vehicle, decanting lab liquid waste and collecting site waste.
- Cleaning tasks to include general cleaning, toilet cleaning, window cleaning and other related tasks
- Use of cleaning chemicals and equipment provided by NIC & the Client
- Following the required specification to ensure all tasks are completed
- Following Health & Safety procedures
- Skills/Experience (Preferred But Not Essential):
- Capable of carrying out the physical aspects of the position.
- Good interpersonal skills providing a great service to the customer
- Focusing on a ‘one team’ approach assisting other service lines when required
- Following through with any issues identified
- Making sure personal appearance and uniform are as expected in line with your employee handbook.
