We believe that support staff are the backbone of the classroom. We provide a transparent, tech-first approach that removes the "agency middleman" feel. You get paid fairly, on time, and have the choice of weekly or monthly payroll.

Your Responsibilities:
- Supervise classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring work provided is completed.
- Maintain a positive, safe, and productive learning environment for pupils.
- Support students with classwork, manage behavior according to school policies, and assist with general classroom duties.
- Maintain professional communication with school staff and the Supply Collective team.
Requirements:
- Experience working with young people (classroom experience is a plus, but we welcome applications from those with relevant backgrounds in coaching, youth work, or education).
- Strong classroom presence and the ability to adapt to different school environments.
- An Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one) and EWC registration.
- A commitment to safeguarding and student welfare.
