Sales Administrator

The Role
· Logging and inputting of Sales Quotations, Blanket Orders, Call offs and Delivery Dates on Microsoft Navision (NAV)
· Travel and accommodation bookings for senior management.
· Undertake routine administrative tasks such as filing, emailing, word-processing, photocopying and printing where required.
· Occasional support to Accounts department on Credit Control and Purchase Ledger.
· Answering external phone calls
· Supporting ad-hoc requests such as ordering stationary, arranging lunch and hospitality details on occasions.
· Maintaining communication between internal departments, Technical Engineering and Warehouse/Dispatch to ensure a smooth internal order transition.
Essential Criteria
· At least 3 years + experience in an office-based sales role
· Excellent customer service skills
· Great interpersonal skills
· Highly motivated
· Experience in using all Microsoft packages
· Strong persuasion skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
