Candidates must live local and able to travel/drive. 10 minutes from Watford Junction & 10 minutes from Bushey Station, must have at least 2 years previous experience in the hospitality industry. This is a high class gastro pub of rosette standard.

We are a privately owned pub/restaurant serving fantastic homemade fresh food and premium drinks, open 11am til 11pm all week.
Your main duties will include:
- Greeting guests with quality first impressions.
- Seating guests in your section and offering great table service.
- Delivering food and drinks at a high standard.
- Efficient and Knowledgeable of our menus, specials and offers.
- Conversation with our guests to ensure a great rapport.
- Opening and Closing checklists, cleaning rota and high standard restaurant upkeep.
- Answering the phone and taking bookings.

Must be available days/nights/weekends/xmas (but we don't expect you to work 24hrs a day!)
Must have experience (Waiting tables/coffee making etc)
