We are looking for reliable and experienced self-employed delivery drivers to complete regular early-morning multi-drop delivery routes.
Routes involve approximately 100 stops per day and operate 7 days per week. This opportunity is best suited to drivers with previous delivery experience who are comfortable working independently and can provide consistent, reliable route coverage.
The work itself is straightforward. You will follow an allocated route and ensure the correct deliveries are made to the correct locations. Accuracy, consistency, punctuality and common sense are essential.
Available Route Areas
We are currently recruiting for routes in and around:
- Croydon
- Dartford
- Romford
- Watford
- Luton
Applicants should ideally live within reasonable travelling distance of their preferred route area due to the early start times.

Working Hours
- Early morning/night work
- Typical start time between 1:00 AM and 3:00 AM
- Typical finish time between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM
- Finish times may vary depending on route, delivery volume and individual pace
- Approximately 100 stops per day
- Routes operate 7 days per week
- Consistent route commitment is required
Pay and Payment Schedule
- £148 per completed route/day
- Equivalent to £1,036 for 7 completed days
- Equivalent to £4,144 across 28 completed days
- Invoices are submitted weekly
- Payments are made every 4 weeks
- An initial 2-week period is held in arrears
- Your first payment is therefore received approximately 6 weeks after starting
- The first payment covers your first 4 weeks of completed work
- Subsequent payments continue every 4 weeks according to the agreed payment cycle

Role Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Completing an allocated multi-drop delivery route
- Making approximately 100 stops per day
- Delivering the correct items to the correct locations
- Following route and delivery instructions accurately
- Maintaining consistent attendance and punctuality
- Organising deliveries efficiently
- Working independently without constant supervision
- Reporting genuine delivery issues when required
- Using good judgement and common sense when dealing with everyday route situations
- Taking reasonable care to avoid incorrect or missed deliveries
Essential Requirements
Applicants must:
- Have their own reliable car
- Have previous delivery driving experience
- Hold a valid UK driving licence
- Be comfortable working early mornings/nights
- Be able to start between approximately 1:00 AM and 3:00 AM
- Be comfortable completing approximately 100 stops per day
- Be reliable, punctual and consistent
- Be able to work independently
- Have a suitable smartphone
- Be able to commit consistently to the required route schedule
- Ensure they have appropriate insurance and documentation for the work undertaken
Self-Employed Arrangement
This is a self-employed delivery opportunity.
Drivers are responsible for their own:
- Petrol/fuel costs
- Vehicle running and maintenance costs
- Tax obligations
- Insurance requirements
- Other costs associated with self-employment
