HGV Class 2 Driver
Required to deliver various flooring products on a multi drop delivery route whilst complying with all aspects of road and vehicle legislation.
Requirements:
- Valid class 2 licence
- Up to date driver CPC qualification
- Valid driver tachograph card
- Multi drop experience
- Customer focused
- Physically fit, role involves manual handling
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects
- Managing driving time effectively
- Following drivers’ hours and working time rules
- Maintaining condition and cleanliness of vehicles
- Delivering goods safely
- Ensuring correct goods are delivered according to paperwork
- Communicating with customers and office staff
