The Role
- Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face
- Handle enquiries, process orders, and resolve issues
- Identify and maximise sales opportunities
- Build strong customer relationships
- Support external sales and follow up on quotes
About You
- Strong customer service background with some sales experience
- Confident communicator and team player
- Proactive, organised, and target-driven
- Good IT skills (Microsoft Office/CRM)
