Aka Recruitment are excited to be working with a fantastic client of ours to bring you this exciting Sales Manager position for a busy main dealership based in Bolton. Working Monday to Friday 8:30am to 6:00pm, with alternate weekends required and a day off through the week when a weekend is worked, you will be rewarded with a basic salary of £30k and a realistic OTE of £55k - £60k.
Job Duties Include:
- Lead, motivate and develop the Sales Executives to maximise performance and profitability
- Drive the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly targets and KPI’s
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
- Support the Dealer Principal in implementing successful sales strategies
- Monitor stock levels and ensure effective vehicle merchandising
- Conduct regular performance reviews and training with the sales team
- Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and dealership procedures
- Build strong relationships with both new and existing customers
Requirements:
- Previous experience within a Sales Manager role in the motor trade
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving profitability
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
