The Company
Graham’s Bakery is a family-run wholesale bakery based in Dromore, Co. Down, with a heritage dating back to 1956. Now in its third generation, we specialise in producing high-quality cakes, traybakes, pastries, and baked treats for leading retailers, foodservice customers, and international markets.
We supply a wide range of customers across Northern Ireland, the UK, the Republic of Ireland, and overseas, combining traditional baking values with modern production, innovation, and continuous improvement. As the business continues to grow, we are investing heavily in our people, systems, and training — with a strong focus on quality, food safety, and doing the right thing.
At Graham’s, we are proud of our family-business culture. We value teamwork, accountability, and a can-do attitude, and we are committed to creating an environment where people feel supported, listened to, and given opportunities to develop and progress.
