What to Expect
The Sales Program Manager – UK & IE is responsible for assisting UK & IE with driving sales performance and improving customer satisfaction by developing and tracking compelling initiatives and effective processes. The Sales Program Manager will work closely with Sales Leadership as well as the communications department and share best-practice cross-country and with HQ.
The Sales Program Manager – UK & IE will report to the local Sales Performance Leader and will work closely with the relevant HQ Program Managers and local field teams.
What You'll Do
Drive Demand
Identify sales trends and business opportunities to successfully drive initiatives to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction (sales campaigns)
Act on opportunities to generate leads for local market in coordination with European initiatives
Utilize your analysis to conceptualize and implement change initiatives and programs across our multiple sales channels
Actively collaborate with HQ Demand Generation, Communications and Learning & Development for the development and execution of coordinated campaigns
Develop market specific sales pitches and incentives that are in line with company policy and its overall mission
Work collaboratively with other departments, particularly Sales Managers, Demand Generation and Communications department to enhance the sales experience and create compelling outbound communication
Drive local adoption of any European demand generation initiative where every relevant to the local market to extract maximum value for your market
Coordinate digital communications to customers (Mailer, SMS, App notifications, etc)
Sales Operations
Create and execute internal communication activities to drive engagement and adoption of programs and change initiatives
Closely collaborate with Operations teams to define and implement clear life-cycle procedures spanning from lead collection to conversion all the way to cash collection
Responsible for the development and coordination of efficient standard operating procedures to handle all inbound sales requests (Web, Email, Phone, Store)
Responsible for ensuring all sales touchpoints provide best in class customer experience in every interaction, with efficient transaction.
Implement strategies and programs to increase customer satisfaction
Share and receive best-practice on sales initiatives cross-country and with HQ
Manage external vendors as required
Training
Work with Learning and Development to adapt learning content for local needs
Ensure training is being adopted throughout the field Sales organisation
Provide upwards feedback on learning materials and schedules
Other Responsibilities
Represent Tesla in a professional and responsible manner when communicating with others both inside and outside the company
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned when business needs arise
What You'll Bring- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, Economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in sales program management, sales operations, demand generation, or sales performance roles
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, charts, dashboards, data analysis) – essential
- Strong data analysis skills (identifying trends, measuring campaign ROI, tracking KPIs)
