Baltic Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Temp to Perm Assembly Operator, working for a client located in Ferryhill. Starting on dayshift for induction and training before moving onto a 2-shift rotation.
Assembly Operator Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Working on a 2-shift rotation, working with a range of hand tools such as drills, avdel guns, screwdrivers, spanners, and Allen keys.
- You may also be required to use insert machines,
- Working independently, managing your own workload effectively, ensuring all parts meet the required quality standard.
Assembly Operator Applicants:
- Have good attention to detail, be able to follow standard operating procedures.
- In process inspections are to be carried out at the correct frequency and to the correct standard.
- Experience of working to and understanding engineering drawings is essential.

- Our client reserves the right to move to 3 shifts, with consultation. (25% shift premium: Sunday 7pm - 6am, Monday to Thursday 11pm - 6am (20 min break). Monday to Thursday - 2:30pm - 11:00pm, Friday 12:30pm - 7:00pm. Monday to Thursday 6:00am – 2:30pm, Friday 6:00am – 12:30pm).

Days: £12.71
2-shift: £15.25
Day Shift:
Monday to Thursday 8am – 5pm and Friday 8am – 12.30pm.
2-Shifts:
Monday to Thursday 2.30pm – 11pm and Friday 12.30pm – 7pm & Monday to Thursday 6am – 2.30pm and Friday 6am – 12.30pm.
