Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:30–16:30

Overview
We are currently recruiting for an Assembly Operative to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Benton. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity working with small precision components in a clean and organised production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assembling small components with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Following detailed work instructions, diagrams, and specifications
- Conducting visual quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
- Using hand tools and small assembly equipment where required
- Maintaining a clean and safe working area in line with health & safety procedures
- Meeting daily production targets and deadlines
- Reporting any faults, defects, or issues to supervisors promptly
Key Skills & Experience
- Previous assembly, production, or manufacturing experience is desirable
- Experience working with small components or delicate materials is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to follow instructions and work to a high standard
- Good reliability and timekeeping
- A positive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
