Duties
- Perform a wide range of nail treatments including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail art with precision and attention to detail
- Provide specialised services such as eyelash extensions, makeup application, and deep tissue massage when required
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling enquiries
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and maximise revenue
- Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Manage social media accounts to promote the salon’s services, special offers, and events
- Deliver exceptional guest services by understanding client needs and providing personalised recommendations
- Assist with management duties as needed to ensure smooth daily operations
Skills
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar beauty therapy role
- Strong management skills with the ability to oversee daily salon operations when necessary
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Proficiency in social media management for marketing purposes
- Skilled in customer service with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Knowledge of eyelash extensions, makeup application, deep tissue massage, and barbering is advantageous
- Ability to upsell products and services tactfully to enhance client experience
- Organised with good time-management skills to handle multiple appointments efficiently
- Creative flair for nail art and beauty treatments that meet client expectations
