The role
We are looking for an experienced Lantra NHSS 12D M5 Operative to support multi-phase traffic signal operations on a range of planned and reactive works.
You will be expected to:
· Install, operate and maintain multi-phase temporary traffic signals in line with NHSS 12D requirements
· Complete on-site checks and inspections, recording clear evidence where required
· Work safely at all times, following site-specific RAMS and Chapter 8 requirements
· Communicate effectively with the TM Hub, clients and other site teams
· Respond professionally to changing site conditions and implement safe adjustments when required
Pay and engagement
· £180 per shift
· CIS self-employed
· Weekly pay in arrears
· Day shifts, night shifts, weekends and bank holidays available (as workload requires)
· Company vehicle, fuel card and equipment provided (role dependent and subject to allocation)
Essential requirements
· Lantra NHSS 12D M5 (Multi-Phase Signals) qualification
· Strong, proven experience running multi-phase signal sites
· Full UK driving licence (age 21+, maximum 6 points)
· CIS-eligible and able to provide right-to-work documentation
· Safety-first approach and strong attention to detail
· Reliable, punctual and able to work flexible hours
· Fit for site work and comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
· Drug and alcohol free (we operate a zero-tolerance approach, including testing)
