What You'll Do:
As a Senior Negotiator/Valuer, you'll play a pivotal role in helping our clients achieve their goals. From attending the initial Market Appraisal, instructing properties to market, negotiating sales to sales progression, you will be involved in the process from start to finish. You will also be a support to our Sales Manager taking on extra day to day tasks. You'll use your expertise and industry knowledge to deliver exceptional service every step of the way. Your passion for estate agency, combined with your proven track record of success, will inspire confidence in our clients and set the standard for excellence within our team.

- An experienced Negotiator with a minimum of 3 years experience in the industry
