Summary
We are seeking a Client Liaison Executive to join our team in Leeds City Centre. This 'first point of contact' role involves building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring that valuation appointments between clients and Starling Corporate directors are arranged efficiently. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to our mission of delivering personalized and effective solutions for our clients' growth and success.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for inbound client enquiries, providing exceptional service and support.
- Manage Diaries to arrange Video Meetings.
- Assist in managing client accounts using CRM software with full training provided.
- Support sales processes by preparing documentation and coordinating meetings.
- Contribute to the development of client engagement strategies to foster long-term relationships.
Both a fair basic package and monthly achievable commission where realistic OTE for year 1 will exceed £30,000 (£40,000 year 2 with strong growth opportunities)
