Night Care Assistant (Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights available)

Hours: 20.45 till 08.00 (11.25 hours)

Brant Howe is seeking dedicated Night Care Assistants to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to support our management team by guiding our amazing team of Care Assistants in the delivery of exceptional, person-centred care to our residents.
About the Role:
As a Night Care Assistant, you will ensuring the high standards of care we are proud about enrich the daily lives of our residents. You will be responsible for setting the benchmark for amazing care, administering medication, observing changes in residents' conditions. You will be an advocate for outstanding person-centred care, maintaining professionalism, and will liaise confidently with other healthcare professionals.

Experience Required:
- Ideally experience within a elderly care or dementia care setting but not essential.
- Experience in providing outstanding person-centred care.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding vulnerable adults’ policies and procedures.
- Ensuring the safety and care as part of a team for up to 29 residents.
- Follow professional standards and adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulations set by the Care Quality Commission.
