Operations Assistant – Bewilderwood Norfolk
As a member of the BeWILDerwood Operations Team, you’ll play a key role in creating magical, safe and memorable adventures for all our visitors from the moment they arrive to the moment they wander wearily home.
This is a varied, hands-on role that combines outdoor park duties with front-facing visitor services and retail support. One day you might be helping families play safely on our structures in the woods, and the next you could be welcoming guests at the entrance or working in our wonderfully wild gift shop.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Working as part of a team to open and close the park.
- Supervising play structures and ensuring visitors are playing safely whilst having fun.
- Providing friendly help, information and encouragement to visitors throughout the park.
This role is ideal for someone with a happy, smiley personality who enjoys working with people, loves being outdoors, and doesn’t mind getting stuck in wherever needed. A degree of physical fitness is required due to the active, outdoor nature of the role.
Due to the nature of the position, applicants must be at least 16 years old. The successful candidate will need to be available to work during the Summer school holidays.
This is a seasonal position within our open season on a zero hours contract. Work will be on a rota basis.
Pay: Up to £12.71 per hour
