We are seeking a Salon Assistant to join our team in providing exceptional customer service and support within our Tanning salon. The ideal candidate will assist in various salon tasks and ensure a seamless experience for our clients.
Duties:
- Preparing/ cleaning sunbeds for clients
- Knowledge of computer system
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the salon
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and attending to clients' needs
- Sales of subbed add ons and creams
- Handle appointment scheduling and manage the reception area
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
Skills:
- Proficient in English, both verbal and written
- Experience or knowledge of Tanning
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues effectively
