iStep Learning is seeking a dedicated and qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our growing nursery team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality care and education for children aged 3 months to 5 years, fostering their development in a safe and stimulating environment.
We are looking for someone with a solid understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and a genuine passion for working with young children. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, nurturing, and eager to contribute to the growth and development of each child.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding care and learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework
- Plan and engage in stimulating activities tailored to the individual needs of each child
- Observe, assess, and document children’s development to track progress
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and the nursery team
- Ensure that safeguarding and health & safety policies are consistently followed
