Office Administrator / Document Controller
Location: Ferrybridge, WF11
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 3-4 months' work
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am-5:00pm
Pay Rate: Dependent on experience
Payment: PAYE or CIS available
Edge are looking for a Office Administrator / Document Controller to join one of our construction clients in Ferrybridge on a temporary basis.
Duties:
- General office administration duties
- Answering and making telephone calls
- Managing emails and correspondence
- Using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Document control and filing of project documentation
- Preparing quality assurance and quality check documentation
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring documents are up to date
- Providing administrative support to the site and management team
Requirements:
- Previous administration or document control experience required
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Competent in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
