We're looking for an Account Manager who is passionate about building strong employer relationships, driving business growth and helping organisations develop their workforce through apprenticeship programmes.
You'll be the trusted partner for employers across our sectors, supporting them to identify skills needs, recruit apprentices and maximise the value of apprenticeship training.

As an Account Manager, you'll help healthcare employers access high-quality training that develops their teams and supports long-term business success.
Your work will directly contribute to learner recruitment, employer satisfaction and the continued growth of Skills4 across the pharmacy, dental and science sectors.
What you'll be doing
- Managing and developing a portfolio of employer accounts across the healthcare sector
- Building long-term relationships with employers and key stakeholders
- Conducting regular account review meetings to understand workforce needs and future recruitment plans
- Identifying opportunities to increase apprenticeship engagement and promote Skills4 programmes
- Working closely with recruitment, curriculum and operations teams to deliver an excellent customer experience
- Supporting employers throughout the learner recruitment, onboarding and apprenticeship journey
- Maintaining accurate records and account activity within our CRM system
- Generating referrals and identifying opportunities for account growth
- Delivering employer presentations, webinars and information sessions
- Attending networking events and industry meetings to strengthen the Skills4 brand
- Meeting individual and team performance targets and KPIs
- Ensuring all activity complies with apprenticeship funding rules, company policies and quality standards
What we're looking for:
Essential
- Experience in account management, business development, customer relationship management or employer engagement
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
We'd also love
- Experience within apprenticeships, education, recruitment, healthcare or training sectors
- Experience managing employer partnerships and stakeholder relationships
- A track record of achieving growth, retention or performance targets
