We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Housekeeping Linen Porter to join our friendly team.
Our property offers a collection of stylish serviced apartments, providing guests with a comfortable and welcoming home away from home. As a Housekeeping Linen Porter, you will play a key role in maintaining our high standards by managing linen supplies, keeping storage areas clean and organised, and supporting the housekeeping team in ensuring our apartments are always presented at their very best.

Responsibilities
- Collect, sort, and distribute clean linen throughout the property.
- Remove and organise used linen for collection and laundering.
- Maintain organisation and cleanliness of linen storage rooms.
- Ensure linen supplies are stocked appropriately and report any shortages or damages.
- Support the housekeeping team during busy periods and turnaround days.
- Help ensure all apartments are prepared to the highest standard, creating a welcoming environment for our guests.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of linen deliveries.
- Report any maintenance issues or damaged items to the appropriate department.
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
Skills
- Experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is a bonus, but it's not essential as full training will be provided.
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks.
- Strong organisational skills with an emphasis on efficiency and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills, a positive and professional attitude towards guests and teamwork, and a strong eye for detail. This is an ideal role for someone looking to develop their career in the hospitality industry.
Shifts may vary depending on operational needs. The role requires flexibility with working days, including weekend availability.
