We’re recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Service Manager to lead a medium-sized service supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs in Coulsdon.

- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of support staff
- Ensure high standards of care, compliance, and safeguarding
- Promote independence, choice, and person-centred support
- Manage staffing, rotas, and service performance
- Build strong relationships with families, professionals, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and internal standards
- Experience as a Service Manager, Deputy Manager, or strong Senior ready to step up
- Background in learning disabilities and complex needs
- Good understanding of CQC regulations and compliance
- A confident, hands-on leader who leads by example
- Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care
