New role - Therapy Support Worker
Reports to
Field Care Supervisor
Supported by in-house physiotherapist
Summary of role
We are excited to introduce a new and innovative role as part of our ongoing commitment to improving the lives, health, and overall well-being of the people we support.
Our goal is simple: to help individuals remain as independent as possible in the comfort of their own homes.
To achieve this, we are developing a dedicated Mobility Support Programme, led by our in-house physiotherapist. This programme will provide tailored guidance and structured support plans designed to improve strength, mobility, and confidence for each individual we serve. We will be offering this alongside our normal services, stepping back as people become more customers feel confident and able.
This integrated approach allows us to combine expert physiotherapy-led interventions with compassionate, day-to-day care — creating a truly holistic service that supports both physical ability and overall quality of life.
We believe this is an exciting step forward, not only for our organisation, but for the people and families we support.
