Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Window Cleaner to join our professional cleaning team. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and clarity of windows across various commercial and residential properties. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate travel between sites. Responsibilities
- Clean windows on both commercial and residential buildings, ensuring high standards of clarity and appearance
- Use appropriate cleaning tools and solutions to achieve streak-free results
- Safely operate ladders, scaffolding, or elevated platforms as required
- Maintain equipment and supplies, reporting any maintenance needs or safety concerns
- Interact professionally with clients, addressing any questions or concerns courteously
- Organise daily schedules efficiently to maximise productivity across multiple sites
- Follow health and safety guidelines diligently during all cleaning activities
Qualifications
- Previous experience in window cleaning or similar roles is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
- Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service orientation with a professional demeanour
- Valid driving licence is desirable to facilitate travel between locations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
- Physical fitness to perform tasks that involve working at heights, lifting equipment, and standing for extended periods
