Duties

- Maintain detailed and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Educate patients and their families regarding health conditions, medication regimes, and post-treatment care
- Monitor patient progress and respond promptly to any changes in condition or emergencies
- Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans effectively
Requirements
- Valid registration as a Registered Nurse with the appropriate regulatory body
- Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
- Proficiency in medication administration, including understanding dosages and potential side effects
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle sensitive situations professionally
