16 Hours Per Week | Office-Based | Sheerness
Are you confident, persuasive and motivated by results?
We’re looking for a driven, self-motivated Sales Superstar to join our growing waste management & specialist cleaning business. This is not just a “make a few calls” role — we want someone who can open doors, build relationships and turn conversations into contracts.
The Role:
- Making outbound calls to potential commercial clients
- Following up warm leads
- Building relationships with housing associations, property managers & commercial businesses
- Booking appointments / generating qualified leads
- Updating CRM and tracking pipeline
- Helping grow the company’s client base
What We’re Looking For:
- Confident communicator (you’re not afraid of the phone!)
- Target-driven & resilient
- Previous sales experience preferred (B2B ideal)
- Professional & organised
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Someone who wants to grow with the company
- Experience in sales is essential
Hours:
- 16 hours per week, potential to increase based upon performance
- Office-based
- Flexible working pattern (to be agreed)
