Recruitment Administrator
Location: Rushock, WR9
Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum
Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm (to be confirmed)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Recruitment Administrator to join a busy and growing team based in Rushock, WR9.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual with previous recruitment experience who is looking to develop their career within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the recruitment team with all administrative duties
- Managing candidate registrations and maintaining accurate records
- Advertising vacancies across various job boards and platforms
- Screening applications and coordinating interviews
- Processing compliance documentation and right-to-work checks
- Maintaining recruitment databases and updating candidate information
- Liaising with candidates, clients, and internal departments
- Preparing contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documentation
- General office administration and support duties
Requirements:
- Previous experience within a recruitment environment is essential
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
- Professional and confident telephone manner
