Service Advisor – Warrington -
Basic Salary £28000 -
OTE £34,000 for the right person Uncapped -
Our client, a busy franchised car dealership in the Warrington area has the requirement for an experience Service Advisor to join them with an immediate start.
As a Service Advisor your duties will include:
- Meet and Greet Customers
- Explain to customers the work due to be carried out on their vehicle
- Calling customers with progress updates and advise of any work needed
- Liaising with the Workshop, Parts Department, Valeting team and Drivers.
- Invoicing work carried out
- Invoice explanation and taking payment
- Ensuring all Warranty paperwork is correctly completed
- Delivering the highest level of customer service at all times
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
Desirable Requirements:
- Recent Motor Trade Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor experience useful
- Franchised Dealership Experience
- Kerridge or Pinnacle
Essential Requirements:
- Full UK Driving License
- Used to dealing with challenging customer situations.
- Customer facing Experience
- Used to doing lots of Overtime
- Have an interest in earning bonus
Remuneration & Benefits
- On Target Earning's £34,000 uncapped
- Weekly Pay
- Every third Saturday morning
- Paid Overtime
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday 8am – 5.30pm
- Saturday mornings on a rota
