Senior Lettings Negotiator
Austin Homes London is a fast-growing, boutique agency specialising in prime new-build developments across EC1, King’s Cross, Shoreditch and the City. We work with international buyers, developers and investors in some of London’s most iconic buildings.
We’re looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator who can just get on with it.
This is a front-line, revenue-driving role for someone who knows the game and can run deals end-to-end without hand-holding.
The Role
- Manage enquiries, viewings, offers and negotiations
- Help Win new instructions and build strong relationships
- Deliver against monthly targets and KPIs
- Support junior staff and help raise office standards
- Represent the Austin Homes brand with confidence and professionalism
You Must Have
- Minimum 3 years’ estate agency experience (non-negotiable)
- Strong understanding of the lettings process from offer to completion
- Proven ability to close
- Excellent organisation and time management
- Confidence with high-value and international clients
- Languages and leadership experience are a plus
