The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Have hands-on experience in a nursery or childcare setting
- Be passionate about nurturing children’s development and learning
- Communicate with warmth and clarity, and enjoy working with people
- Be adaptable, positive, and confident in new environments
- Show initiative and professionalism at all times
- Understand the importance of safeguarding and child welfare
- Thrive both independently and as part of a team
- Be eager to keep learning and growing in their career
- Be willing to travel up to 45 minutes from home
- Have a current DBS on the update service, or be happy to apply through us
