Overview
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Construction Labourer to join our team. This role involves supporting various aspects of construction projects, contributing to the successful completion of building and renovation tasks. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in construction trades and possess a strong work ethic. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their skills across multiple trades within the construction industry.
Duties
- Assisting with the preparation and clearing of construction sites, including loading and unloading materials
- Supporting specialised trades such as concreting, steel fixing, welding and powerfloating.
- Operating hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision
- Handling materials and equipment, ensuring proper storage and disposal
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment at all times
- Training in the operation and cleaning of the concrete pump
Qualifications
- Previous experience or familiarity with construction trades such as goundworks, drainage or platering is advantageous but not essential
· You will need to have or willing to do your CSCS card.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in construction environments
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn new skills across different trades within construction projects

Long term work available if you are willing to travel: you will be working away from home - accommodation and petrol paid.
Pay: £15.00-£18.00 per hour

Work is multiskilled and involves groundworks, shuttering, steel fixing, and especially concreting ( involves hand trowelling, hand held powerfloat & hand screeding floors).
