Your Responsibilities
- Respond to all new inquiries within 10 minutes during working hours
- Book x amount appointments per day
- Book x amount qualified appointments per week
- Conduct x amount qualifying conversations daily
- Complete a minimum of x amount dials per day
- Follow up and nurture outstanding leads
- Reduce cancellations and maximise survey attendance rates
- Update CRM and pipeline accurately
- Attend daily sales huddles
- Submit end-of-day reports
- Liaise with surveyors and management throughout the day
- Attend multiple office days per week.

- Comfortable using CRM systems
- Able to work independently
- Driven by targets and performance
Previous experience in appointment setting, telesales, customer service, solar, home improvements or lead handling is beneficial but attitude and work ethic matter more.
