We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Plumbing & Heating Sales Advisor to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers, providing expert advice on plumbing, heating & bathroom products, and supporting sales growth through excellent service and upselling techniques. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, organisational abilities, and a passion for the trade industry.
Duties
- Serve Customers at The Trade Counter
- Give Product Advice & Process Sales Orders
- Keep The Counter Area & Showroom Clean & Tidy
- Build Strong Relationships with Customers & Suppliers
- Order Stock Products & General Replenishment Duties
What We're Looking For:
- Previous Experience in a Plumber’s Merchant or Similar Background is essential
- Friendly, Confident Customer Service Skills
- Good Product Knowledge
- Team Player With a Can-Do Attitude
