Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service in a lively bar environment, ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience. This role offers an opportunity to develop hospitality skills within a dynamic setting, contributing to the overall atmosphere of our venue. Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred, but full training will be provided for the right candidate. All positions are paid, including internships.
Duties
- Serve drinks and beverages efficiently and courteously to customers
- Take orders accurately and handle cash or card payments using the till system
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area at all times
- Ensure compliance with food safety and licensing regulations
- Restock bar supplies and manage stock levels effectively
- Engage with customers to create a welcoming environment
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables as needed during busy periods
- Follow all health and safety procedures diligently, including responsible alcohol service
- Manage time effectively during peak hours to ensure prompt service
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, food safety, or restaurant environments is advantageous
- Strong serving skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Good understanding of basic maths for handling transactions accurately
- Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Ability to work well within a team and independently when required
- Personable with strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or shifts as required by the venue

Pay: £12.21-£13.50 per hour
