Life Enhancement Group are a day service based in Bushey and we cater for adults aged 16 + with learning disabilities and Autism.
We offer a very person centred service and run activities both in and out of the centre.
We require a part time member of staff, two days per week, 8.00am to 4.00pm, and every other Saturday.
Essential:
Must have a kind, caring and compassionate nature.
Must have a great personality and willingness to adapt to all of our different service users.
Must be flexible and be willing to adapt where necessary.
Have the desire to learn and attend training both face to face and online.
Have the ability to lone work as well as working within a team.
Be able to actively join in sessions both in the centre and out in the community.
Be comfortable providing personal care.
Have a full, clean driving licence and be willing to use own car to transport clients (mileage paid at 45p per mile).
Experience working with people with learning disabilities.
