The Role: B2B Telesales Executive – Uncapped Commission (£44K+ OTE)
Location: Office based in Denton.
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:45 AM – 5:30 PM, Friday 8.45 to 3.55pm.
Salary: £24,720 Basic + Uncapped Commission | OTE £44K+

RVA Surveyors are looking for experienced B2B telesales professionals to join our growing commercial team in Denton.
This is a fully office-based role focused on outbound appointment setting for our specialist business rates reduction service. You’ll be speaking with businesses, generating opportunities, and booking appointments for our field-based Property Consultants.
If you’re confident on the phone, motivated by commission, and enjoy a fast-paced sales environment, this role offers genuine earning potential with all leads provided.

What You’ll Be Doing
· Outbound B2B calling to commercial businesses
· Booking appointments for field-based Property Consultants
· Speaking with business owners and decision-makers
· Handling objections professionally and confidently
· Working towards individual and team targets
· Updating CRM systems accurately
Ideal Experience
· Minimum 2 years’ B2B telesales or outbound sales experience
· Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
· Strong communication and objection handling skills
· Resilient, self-motivated, and consistent
· Appointment setting experience beneficial
Training & Support
You’ll receive structured onboarding including:
· Call listening and coaching
· Scripts and roleplay training
· Systems training
· Live support from experienced managers
By the end of your first week, you’ll already be making calls and working towards commission.

· This is a fully office-based role in Denton
· Full attendance required during probation
· Part-time hours may be considered for exceptional candidates
